Refund policy
At Modern Craft Goods, every item is made to order. Because our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Personalised Items All personalised orders — including items embossed with a company logo or initials — are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect color selection, or ordering errors made by the customer.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or we have made an error that differs from what you approved, we will remake or refund your order at no charge. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Non-Personalised Items All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on blank or unembossed items.
Sample Approval For logo orders, we send a sample photo for your approval before running your full order. Production proceeds only after you confirm the sample. We are unable to process refund claims based on emboss appearance once the sample has been approved.
Damaged or Lost in Transit If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery at orders@moderncraftgoods.com with your order number and photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
