How long does production take? +
Orders personalised with initials are produced in 1 business day. Custom logo orders require 3–5 business days for the embossing mold to be made before production begins.
When does my delivery window start? +
All delivery times begin from dispatch, not from order date. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Which countries do you ship to? +
United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia. If your country isn't listed, get in touch via our contact form and we'll see what we can do.
Are there any surprise charges on delivery? +
None. All orders are shipped duties paid — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Do all orders include tracking? +
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Customisation
Can I use my company logo? +
Absolutely. After checkout — or once you've approved your quote — email your logo file to orders@moderncraftgoods.com with your order number in the subject line. We accept PNG, SVG, PDF, and AI files.
What emboss finishes are available? +
Three options: gold foil, silver foil, and blind embossing (colorless). All three look sharp — it really comes down to your brand palette.
Can I order initials instead of a logo? +
Yes, and it's free. Initials or names up to 9 characters with no setup fee.
Where does the emboss go? +
You choose — left, centre, or right on the front of the card holder.
Can I match my brand colors? +
That's exactly what we're here for. We stock 15+ leather colors designed to align with modern brand identities. If you're not sure which color fits your brand, tell us in your quote request and we'll advise.
Ordering and Pricing
Is there a minimum order quantity? +
No minimum. Order one or order a hundred — we've got you either way.
Do you offer bulk discounts? +
Yes. Orders of 25–99 units automatically receive 15% off at checkout. For 100+ units, request a quote and we'll put together custom pricing.
How do I get a quote for a large order? +
Head to our contact page, fill in the quote form, and we'll get back to you within 1 business day. No back and forth — just tell us what you need and we'll handle the rest.
How long is a quote valid for? +
14 days from the date we send it.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards via our secure checkout. For orders over $500 we also offer ACH bank transfer — just let us know when we send your quote.
The Process
What happens after I place my order? +
For initials orders we get straight into production. For logo orders, email us your logo file and we'll prepare your custom emboss mold. Once it's ready we'll send you a sample photo for approval before we run the full order.
Will I see the product before it ships? +
Yes — every logo order gets a sample photo approval before we proceed. We want you to love it before it goes out the door.
What if I need changes after seeing the sample? +
No problem at all. If the sample isn't right we'll adjust it at no charge before proceeding.
When does production start? +
As soon as payment is confirmed and your logo file is received (if required).
How do I send my logo? +
Email it to orders@moderncraftgoods.com with your order number in the subject line. Accepted formats: PNG, SVG, PDF, AI.
Add-ons
Do you offer gift packaging? +
Yes. Kraft gift boxes — plain or with your logo — are available for orders of 50 units or more.
Can I include a thank you card with each order? +
Yes. We offer two options for orders of 50+. You can supply your own artwork or we can create a custom design for you — if you go the custom route, we'll send you template options with your quote.

Two sizes available:
Business card size (3.5" × 2") — fits neatly inside the card holder
Quarter letter size (4.25" × 2.75") — sits on top of the card holder inside the gift box
How do I add packaging to my order? +
Packaging add-ons are available for orders of 50+ units and require a custom quote. Include your requirements in the quote request form and we'll price everything together.
Returns and Quality
What leather do you use? +
100% genuine leather on every product. Built to be used every day, not forgotten in a drawer.
Do you accept returns? +
Personalised items can't be returned or exchanged — but if something isn't right with your order, contact us straight away and we'll make it right.
What if there's a problem with my order? +
